Benny Menashe

Founding Partner

Benny established Falcon Investment management in 2014 and today heads investment management. before founding Falcon, Benny has served as CEO of Finotec Trading UK, a prime of prime broker based in London. He has over 10 years specialist trading experience in the FX spot, equity options and US Future markets. Benny is a UK certified trader and holds an economics and business degree from Ben Gurion University were he graduated in 2005.

Delphine Sitbon

CIO

Prior to joining Falcon Capital, Delphine was a director of LD Capital, an asset management firm based in London and managed a long/short equity hedge fund for over 6 years. Overall, Delphine has 14 years’ experience in investment banking and asset management. Previously she worked in investment banking mainly at RBS where she was involved in debt financing (in the context of acquisitions and refinancing). Delphine holds a Masters Degree in Finance from Kedge Business School.

Aaron Lapp

Portfolio Manager

Aaron started his career as a financial consultant with Morgan Stanley in 1989 where he managed financial portfolios for both institutional and retail accounts. In 1996 Aaron was appointed Department Head of Bank Hapoalim’s portfolio management subsidiary, Peilim. There he directed investment policy for the private client international portfolio. Following this, Aaron managed the Family Office portfolio of a Forbes 500 wealth family. In 2002 Aaron transferred and became Vice President in Merrill Lynch’s International Advisory Division where he managed the financial interests of high net worth families, senior executives, and Fortune 300 companies as well as specialized in international tax and estate requirements. Aaron has Bachelors and Masters degrees both from Yeshiva University in New York. He is an accredited Trusts and Estate Planning (TEP) professional by the international Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Niv Hashavia

Portfolio Manager

Niv started his trading career in early 2010. His  core strategy is short selling US equities, particularly in discovering potential frauds. His strategy combines fundamental and technical analysis. An extensive research on companies is conducted, as well as on insider (directors) buying/selling activity (a signal ahead of shift in sector sentiment). Niv is considered as a gifted flaws hunter and alpha generator in any Equity markets environment.

Matthew Dixon

Portfolio Manager

Matt began his career in the early 1980s successfully trading stocks. In 1983 he established Britannia Securities International who became a major player in the international financial consultancy arena providing investment advice and structuring bank training courses sponsored by the World Bank. In 2009 Matt became Head of Trading for Mashel Estates in the Middle East and spent six years growing the business and developing new trading methodologies relating to behavioural finance. Matt is now using the experience he has accumulated over the years to deliver robust and stable returns with particular emphasis on FX spot products.
