Benny is the founder and CEO of Falcon Investment Management and has over 20 years specialist trading experience in the FX spot, equity options and US future markets. Prior to staring Falcon IM, Benny ran the brokerage desk at Finotec. Launched in 2015, Falcon IM has developed into a leading hedge fund platform in the traditional and digital asset space, growing to $1b AUM at its height, across over 50 teams. Benny expanded the business into the first-loss arena in 2021, through which Falcon has experienced significant growth, with allocations in excess of $150m. As CEO, Benny oversees the firm’s operations, engages in business development, and works closely with fund managers to actively seek growth opportunities.

Sandeep works closely with our managers across the Falcon platform, providing and implementing enhanced risk management and oversight. Sandeep has 15 years of experience in quantitative risk management and due diligence across alternative investments focusing on hedge funds, liquid alternatives and UCITS.

Evan serves as an advisor to Falcon Investment Management assisting in the areas of business development, strategic partnerships, and manager selection. Evan has over 30 years of institutional investment management experience. He has held positions as a global bond portfolio manager, FX overlay manager, global macro hedge fund manager, CTA, fund of hedge fund allocator, and CIO of a single family office. Evan holds both the CFA and FRM designations.

Josh joined Falcon Investment Management to lead on business development, sales, marketing and investor relations. Josh has experience in trading US equities and comes from a sales background with a career spanning 10 years across various industries.

Tristan has over 10 years of experience in the financial industry, primarily in Hedge Funds as well as Commodities Broking. He began his career at Tullet Prebon (TPICAP) in Oil Futures & Options, and most recently headed up Business Development & Investor at ICS Management, and Trafalgar Cap.

Adam assists the Head of Risk in all aspects of risk management, working closely with managers across the Falcon platform. Adam joins Falcon with a background in risk management within general insurance, including the Lloyd’s of London market.

Yong Jett is a part of the Compliance team and his primary focus is on matters concerning regulatory compliance across the Falcon platform. Yong Jett joins Falcon with compliance experience in corporate trusteeship and corporate services.

As a Hedge Fund Operations Analyst, Ravi specialises in fund operations, focusing on the analysis and optimisation of operational workflows to ensure seamless day-to-day activities. His experience in analysing and managing diverse hedge fund portfolios has honed his ability to deliver strategic insight and drive process improvements. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for efficiency, Ravi is dedicated to enhancing operational excellence and contributing to our platforms growth and success. 

As a Hedge Fund Operations Associate, Matt brings a strong background in trading and investment sales, with experience navigating dynamic markets and supporting clients across diverse sectors. He has a proven ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships, with a focus on delivering value and fostering trust. Matt contributes to strengthening our client partnerships and supporting the firm’s growth.

Lorenzo boasts over 25 years of extensive experience in Asset Management and Investment Banking, having accumulated his expertise on an international scale across prominent financial hubs such as London, Milan, Luxembourg, Singapore, Malta, and Stockholm. Throughout his banking career, Lorenzo occupied senior roles in Risk Management within Global Markets at renowned institutions including BBVA, BOFA, Rabobank, JP Morgan, and Jefferies Bache. Lorenzo serves as a non-executive Director to Falcon, contributing his wealth of knowledge and insights to strategic decision-making processes. Lorenzo holds a master’s degree in economics, further underlining his academic prowess and qualifications in the field.

Simran is a part of the Compliance team, with a primary focus on compliance across the Falcon platform. With an LL.M from UCLA School of Law, she applies her legal background to oversee regulatory frameworks and ensure seamless adherence to compliance standards. Simran is dedicated to enhancing compliance, driving operational improvements, and contributing to the sustained growth and success of Falcon Investment Management.
